Refund Eligibility:
Tickets can be refunded if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.No refunds can be made within 48 hours of your booked date.

Return Window:
You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to request a refund for unused tickets.

Costs and Fees:
Refunds are provided at no additional charge. You receive the full ticket price paid.

How to Request a Refund:
Email us at support@aquafun.ae.Include your order confirmation number and purchase details.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions:
Tickets already used or partially used are not eligible for refunds.
Special event tickets or promotions clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
